David and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your efforts in making this years travel to the Near East South Asia, NESA, teacher's conference so enjoyable. Over the last two years I have had the pleasure of working with you, and have found that you and your staff have been very reliable and extremely helpful. This years travel arrangements came off without a problem. Even when Indian immigration threw a wrench in the works you personally took charge of the situation and the staff member was with us the next day. I know that arrangements for 50 staff and their families is no easy task. You should also know that the feedback from the group has been extremely positive. A lot of that credit goes to you and your agency.

We took forward to continuing our business relationship and family travel arrangements with you and your agency. But, more importantly, our personal relationship. Please thank all of your staff from all of us at the American Embassy School.
